Report: Washington Commanders WR Terry McLaurin Could Skip Minicamp

According to multiple ESPN sources, Washington Commanders receiver Terry McLaurin will not report to the mandatory three-day minicamp as he looks for a new contract extension.

McLaurin worked out earlier in the spring but did not participate in the optional OTA sessions that took place during the last three weeks.

McLaurin’s rookie contract will expire at the end of the season. After Christian Kirk had a big pay day from the Jaguars this offseason, other wide receiver’s have been looking for a new contract similar to it.

It will be interesting to see how the market is affected in the future, and if any big trades are made.
