Rep. Brian Stewart, an OSU graduate, is the sponsor of a resolution that would reinstate all of Ohio State’s wins from the 2010 season.

The 2010 Ohio State team lost their wins after an NCAA investigation found players selling championship memorabilia in exchange for money and tattoos.

With the NIL rules now in place, this controversy would have never happened today.

“This resolution says enough is enough,” Stewart told The Columbus Dispatch. “The NCAA’s view of what is permissible for players has changed drastically in the last twelve years.”
