New NIL standards were passed by the Division I Board of Directors on Monday, clarifying current regulations that restrict boosters from participating in recruitment.

According to Sports Illustrated, last week, the group of school presidents rubber-stamped advice that college executives believe would jump-start the NCAA enforcement staff to investigate suspected rules infractions, both past and future.
