The NFL’s argument to dismiss former Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden’s lawsuit against the league and commissioner Roger Goodell and move it to arbitration were refused by a Nevada court.

Judge Nancy Allf issued the decisions during a hearing attended by Gruden on Wednesday. Unless a settlement is reached, the lawsuit will go to trial, according to the rulings.
