NFL Claims Some Documents In The Washington Football Team Investigation Are ‘Privileged’ Information, Congress Is Not Buying It

The National Football League has repeatedly pledged to cooperate with a congressional committee’s investigation into workplace misconduct at the Washington Football Team, with one big caveat—it says some of the documents that Congress wants might be protected by the rule of legal evidence known as “privilege.”
