NFL And XFL Form Partnership Focused On Innovating The Game
The NFL and the XFL have reached an agreement that will focus on improving the game and protecting players’ health, according to the XFL.
XFL president Russ Brandon told ESPN that the XFL will be a “petri dish” to experiment with new rules, test new equipment and develop prospective officials/coaches.
