Boxing legend Mike Tyson reportedly lost his cool on an airplane on Wednesday night.
According to TMZ Sports, the altercation occurred at about 10:30 p.m. PT, just before Tyson was scheduled to fly out of San Francisco International Airport to Florida.
As the two men involved boarded Tyson’s aircraft, a witness says the boxing icon was initially cool with them and the other passengers.
TMZ Sports spoke to a source close to Tyson, who said that the one man was intoxicated and would not stop provoking the boxer.
Mike snapped a selfie with him, according a witness who told TMZ Sports, and then was patient with his friend as well, who continued attempting to chat to the 55-year-old boxer as he sat behind him.
Tyson eventually got enough of the person behind him whispering in his ear and warned him to calm, according to reports. When the man didn’t comply, the witness claims Tyson began throwing fists at the man’s face.
