Texas Tech Continues To Push Towards Improving The Welfare Of Student Athletes On Campus

Texas Tech University has allegedly taken numerous steps towards supporting the physical and mental health of their students including student-athletes according to a report from a law firm retained by the university. The school retained the law firm after an investigation led by USA TODAY Sports and The Intercollegiate, which later resulted in the of firing Texas Tech’s women’s basketball coach and softball coach in 2020.
