Nevada Supreme Court Upholds Dismissal Of Lawsuit Filed Against Dana White
The Nevada Supreme Court upheld a lower court’s decision to dismiss a lawsuit filed against UFC President Dana White. The lawsuit was filed by Ernesto Joshua Ramos after he had served a 366-day federal prison term for the extortion attempt of Dana White in a sex-tape scandal. In this lawsuit, Ramos accused White of reneging on a deal to pay him $450,000 to keep White’s name secret after the criminal case closed.
