After Kentucky Derby Winner Medina Spirit tested positive for anti-inflammatories, the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission allegedly recorded three phone conversations it had with trainer Bob Baffert. California requires all parties to consent to a recording, therefore this could be a violation of California law.
