Dallas Mavericks Responds To Lawsuit, Alleges Donnie Nelson Schemed To Extort $100 Million
In response to a wrongful termination suit by former GM Donnie Nelson, the Dallas Mavericks have claimed that Nelson allegedly schemed to extort as much as $100 million. Mavericks also allege that the lawsuit was preceded by demands to receive “in effect, a blackmail payment”.
