Another arrest has been made in connection with the shooting of Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson Jr. on November 4th, according to reports from reporter Nicki Jhabvala. The alleged suspect is a 15-year-old juvenile who was fourteen at the time of the shooting, according to police.

The juvenile has been charged with assault with the intent to rob while armed, the same as the first arrested juvenile suspect that was reportedly arrested last week. The other suspect is a 17-year-old juvenile male. Robinson was shot on August 28th in an attempted carjacking, and sustained non-life-threatening injuries to his lower extremities.

The rookie is expected to make a full recovery, and recently posted on his Instagram that his surgery was successful. His earliest return to the field was week five of the 2022 NFL regular season. The rookie made his NFL debut against the Tennessee Titans. During home team introductions, Robinson came out to the song “Many Men”.

Robinson played four seasons at Alabama. He was first team all SEC and the Cotton Bowl Classic MVP in 2021. He also won two national championships in 2017 and 2021. Robinson was selected by the Commanders in the third round and is currently signed to a four-year rookie contract.
