Novak Djokovic Gets Appeal Hearing for Sunday, One Day Before Scheduled to Play At Australian Open

On Sunday, Novak Djokovic’s team will make another last ditch effort to keep the number one seed, tennis star in play for the Australian Open. His legal team was granted a hearing Sunday to appeal yet another cancellation of his Visa, by Immigration Minister Alex Hawke on the grounds of “health and good order.” The hearing will happen the day before Djokovic is scheduled to play fellow Serbian Miomir Kecmanovic at the Australian Open.
