NFL To File Motion To Move Flores’ Lawsuit To Arbitration

According to The Athletic, the NFL plans to submit a petition to have Brian Flores’ racial discrimination claim dismissed or shifted from federal court to an arbitrator.
Flores’ lawyers, responding to the alleged request, said, “The NFL’s attempt to force these claims into arbitration demonstrates an unmistakable desire to avoid any public accountability and ensure that these claims are litigated behind closed doors in a forum stacked against our clients.”
