New Measures Addressing Targeting & Fake Injuries Approved By The NCAA
Greg Johnson from NCAA.org stated that the NCAA Football Rules Committee has approved new measures addressing targeting penalties, and fake injuries. Other aspects of the game were also announced to have been discussed, such as blocking below the waist, kickoff, etc.
