NCAA Baseball Rules Committee Bans Use Of Celebratory Props Outside Of Dugouts
After being used as part of celebrations all of last season, the NCAA Baseball Rules Committee have implemented changes that no longer permit the use of celebratory props outside of dugout areas for teams. The changes will be enforced starting this upcoming season.
