MLBPA Makes First Offer Since Games Were Cancelled

The MLBPA met with MLB on Sunday and continued to have talks amid the lockout. The proposal included implementing three changes for the 2023 season, those three changes include installing a pitch clock, larger bases, and shift restrictions. The rule changes would not be allowed to go into effect until next year, or heading into the 2023 season. MLB was not impressed with the offer.
