“Despite rumors that James Franklin might take another job in the upcoming offseason, he and Penn State have reached an agreement that will keep him around for quite a while. The school has announced a new 10-year contract for Franklin. The new contract entitles Franklin to $8.5 million in total compensation each year, per the contract details released by Penn State.”
