Independent Review Released By The NHLPA In Response To Kyle Beach Sexual Assault Allegations

The NHLPA commissioned an independent review to be conducted by the law firm Cozen O’Conner, after Kyle Beach made sexual assault allegations against former Blackhawks video coach Brad Aldrich. “Beach’s warnings about Aldrich were not addressed on account of miscommunication and misunderstanding, rather than any individual or systemic failure.” according to the findings that were read.
