Houston Texans Now A Part Of Brian Flores’ Lawsuit

Brian Flores is suing the NFL and six teams for racial discrimination. Today a new team was added to the lawsuit, The Houston Texans. Brian Flores was reportedly a candidate to become their head coach in February, but they ultimately hired Lovie Smith. The claim against the Texans alleges that they failed to hire Flores because of the lawsuit he commenced and because he opposed the systemic racism in the NFL.
