Former Cowboys DE Aldon Smith Arrested on DUI Charge Again

Aldon Smith was arrested on Monday on a felony charge of DUI causing injury. Smith has been arrested many times for DUI. He was accused in 2018 of domestic violence. In April he was accused of committing battery at a coffee shop in New Orleans and cut by the Seahawks before the season. He previously signed in 2020 with the Cowboys and prior to that was on hiatus from the NFL after a string of legal troubles and reportedly substance abuse issues.
