Ex-Suns Employee Pleads Guilty to Illegally Selling Tickets To Games

According to a plea bargain entered in Maricopa County Superior Court, a former Suns ticket manager pled guilty to illegally selling more than 2,800 of the team’s tickets through a third-party seller from 2017-2019.
According to court papers obtained by ESPN, Jeffrey Marcussen, who worked for the Suns from 2004 to 2019, has agreed to pay the organization $458,218 in restitution.
Marcussen must additionally pay $1,780 to the anti-racketeering fund of the Arizona Attorney General and $11,818 to the Arizona Department of Revenue.
