Bob Baffert’s Request For Stay Of Suspension Denied By The Kentucky Horse Racing Commission

Kentucky Horse Racing Commission has denied trainer Bob Baffert’s request for a stay of his 90-day suspension. Along with being assessed a $7,500 fine, Baffert’s suspension came after lab tests revealed 21 picagrams of betamethasone in the colt’s system following his 2021 Kentucky Derby win.
