After threatening to remove the team from the city of Buffalo if he did not receive public funding to build a new stadium, Buffalo Bills owner Terry Pegula is reportedly set to receive close to $1 billion dollars. The announcement is expected to come from Gov. Kathy Hochul in the next several days.
