Attorney Offers Opinion On Mark Davis Vs. Dan Ventrelle
Last Friday, Mark Davis announced the firing of Dan Ventrelle, the Raiders team President. Ventrelle told the media he confronted Davis about multiple written complaints from employees that Davis allegedly created a hostile work environment and engaged in other potential misconduct.
When Davis ignored the claims, Ventrelle went to the NFL about it. When Davis allegedly ignored the claims, Ventrelle went to the NFL about it. When Davis caught wind of what Ventrelle did, he allegedly fired him, according to Ventrelle.
