Bryan Alexis Cifuentes was arrested Thursday night on suspicion of felony “assault by a means to produce great bodily injury” against 49ers fan Daniel Luma. Luma was hospitalized and put in a medically induced coma after officers found him half an hour into the NFC Championship game.
