All-Star Player Robinson Cano Still Owed $44 Million Despite Being Released By The New York Mets

The New York Mets have officially moved on from 8 time All-Star player Robinson Cano after releasing him on Sunday. Due to still having nearly two years left on his current deal, the Mets are still on the hook for $37.5 million dollars while the Seattle Mariners still owe the 39-year old $7.5 million.
