Alex Rodriguez was scheduled to appear in courtroom 10-1 of the Miami-Dade Children’s Courthouse Monday, August 23, for the start of jury selection in the civil trial that pits him against plaintiff Constantine Scurtis, Rodriguez’s former brother-in-law.
