76ers Guard Matisse Thybulle Not Fully Vaccinated, Ineligible To Play In First Round Series Away Games In Toronto
The Philadelphia 76ers will play the Toronto Raptors in the first round of the 2022 NBA playoffs, and Matisse Thybulle will only be able to play in the 76ers home games during the series.
Unvaccinated foreign nationals are prohibited from entering Canada. Thybulle is not fully vaccinated, and there are no longer exemptions for foreign nationals.
