13-Year-Old Uses His Make-A-Wish to Feed the Homeless for a Year

When a 13-year-old boy in Jackson Mississippi was diagnosed with a life-threatening disease he made a remarkable request to Make-A-Wish.

“Instead of wishing for a trip, gifts, or money, Abraham’s wish was granted to feed the homeless at Poindexter Park for one year.”

At League of Justice, we are first in making Social Justice its own category of coverage. We love to see inspiring acts from athletes, the sports world and beyond. When someone inspires us and you, we ask you to pay it forward and donate to any cause that is important to you right then and there.

It can be as little or as much as you want. Please read Abraham’s story below and if you feel inspired, donate to Make A Wish or your charity of choice to honor and elevate Abraham’s selfless example. Retweet this story, tag @lojsports and hashtag it #Imadeadifference to let us know you took action and participated in our new effort to use positive storytelling to engage our readers in small acts of kindness.

To grant a sick or dying child a wish please support the organization by donating HERE
